:3 sorry sera for being a bit harsh here, but you kinda have to badside to make stuff OP, I and everyone else as well makes these mistakes sometimes so it's really not a big deal, but i want you to edit them as i stated and fix your spoilers (only 1 isn't fine i think) and well yeah ^^ go and edit the following:

Make it a instant Flash Bomb like attack, no Duration, just a single giant lighting up of the place which blends enemys. And this spell cannot cause damage, other of your spells may, but this shouldn't be something that can hurt anyone, and state (cause it's a D-rank spel) that people won't see in their next post, and in the one after that slightly get their sight back, alltough itis blurry....

[b]Effect: [/b] Theuser shoots a laser from both of her hands and initially it only causes some cuts and bruises for the opponent. But by training and putting more pressure on the light the power can be increased but that's when I will train this spell but for now cuts and bruisesis all it can do. But when used at the time of Illumination the laser can penetrate things that are as hard as wood.

This spell shouldn't cause cuts or 'bruises' a lazer is nothing phisical, it should cause burns. And don't use such common speech in your spells description, jsut describe what the spell does and nothing more, describe the lazers look as well, how big is it, is it a beam or more of the needle like lazor shot?
And for that Illumination part..... ~(°0°)~ NO!

[b]Effect: [/b] This spell allows the user to travel vey fast about 15m/s (got to admit light is fast) This also creates illusion (like in hunter hunter Killua uses rythem steps o something to confuse others) like having clones but the clones are just illusion and won't hurt a fly unless Sera decides to combine this spell with something else.

15 meter is way to far, this is not teleportation (since that is banned), but increasing you own phisical speed to the speed of light, which should be VERY hard on your body and needs some high cooldown, i mean, YOU CAN DODGE ANYTHING with this, don't forget that.... and you should put a restriction to this like... can only be used on the ground. That mirage creating is a no go, super speed is so fast that you can't follow her with the eyes, but all these manga concept where mirages are created through sheer speed is bullshit, you may create mirages with another spell which allows you to create a mirage with a fatamorgana like effect, has smth to do with light as far as i know. And again, take out the common speech, just describe the spell and don't make any references to other mangas etc. stay ingame

The effect is just like sunny day used in pokemon, it increases the power of Sera's other spells by double, the range stays the same but the power increses like for Flash Assault the light will grow in intensity making the opponent stay blind for up to 5 posts and for the laser it'ss penetration power increases and the laser will penetrate things as hard as woods not metals though and for flash steps and glow there is no increase in powers.

HUUUGEE OP spell, besides E-rank spells not having any Battle value (commonly) this spell increases your overall magic power to that of a C-B rank attack, you may now see why this spell is not only friking OP, but even will be disaproved when changed to A-rank, you can't have a ball of light above your head increase your strenght, theres no reason.... please decide on another spell and don't try to get this approved, increasing your speed slightly or stuff is still okay as buff but when people go so far as to DOUBLE (<- freaking double their power and it will get even stronger) we will soon have a DragonBall Z rp where most spells consist of Ultra Sayajin Modes which allow them to destruct the earth with a mere wink of their hand....

About flash assault, I never said it can cause damage just that my other spells can damage the opponent after I use it. That's what I meant when I said those lines, never that a flash of light can physically damage anything.

-Illusion: Please edit this spell. It should only work on small things starting at E-rank. It shouldn't work on spells and such.

I want you to go more into detal, how big is that lazer ? is it a beam?
such stuff, 1 sentence for a spell description is just to short-..

Sera can you do me a favor and write out your spells, they are not bad or anything but, 1 sentence to describe a spell is just to short, it should be around 3-10 sentences and 3 at least...
try to go more into detail like:

She shoots a 15 cm big and wide beam from her hand, which charges forward, causing burns on any object hit. The attack if of no phisical nature and can not be deflected through, since the beam consists of light highly compressed and focused into the small beam.....

and so on...
and that goes for all your short described spells

OKay this is VERY good now, i only have thoughts about flash step... shin said 10 m, but for a D rank spell that is WAY to much. It should be around 1 m for now and increase with level ups like

D| C| B |A | S | Rank
1 | 3| 5| 10|20| meter this might seem like a few meter but.. D-rank and C-rank spells are pretty weak and never have a certein size so considering this is more of a evasion move these stats should be alright and your spell comes near to teleportation as well. I know i told you to use this spell but never had such enormous numbers in my head....
