Request description: I've got these very delicate, prize birds, see? They're renown everywhere for their feathers. I usually ship 'em in from far away without any hassles. But then, just before the carriage gets to Magnolia, a bunch of ne'er do wells always waylay my cargo and strip the birds of their feathers. That usually ends up killing the birds. Well, now, I've got some cargo for a very important client of mine, see? To host for the fair which comes up in the next two weeks. And I don't dare 'not deliver'. Your mission is to ensure that these thugs don't have their way, this time.
Request details: Meet Dobbes outside his house, where he will give you details concerning the mission. You are then expected to head out of Magnolia and locate the 'cargo', and then escort it back into Magnolia. Watch out for the crooks. There's rumor they've got a mage in their ranks; he's a novice and can be easily cowed, but they say he's kind of tough.

General Appearance: Wears a black hooded robe to conceal his features. Only his face is visible, and that is covered in various garish hues of paint, for psychological warfare, according to him.

Spells:
Wind Blast: The only offensive technique Bist has mastered, although it is C rank. The user releases a burst of wind (about 4 feet in diameter) that is sufficient to knock an opponent back about 20 feet. this move is handy for throwing people off cliffs, or getting them quickly out of the way.
Feather: This magic is C rank and enables the user to float for up to 3 minutes in the air without touching the ground. Useful for placing one's self in a vantage point for long ranged attacks.
