Possible New Things to add with the revamp

Boss Mob NPCs:
Random people or creatures that are created once a month or so each time in different wild locations. The boss would be creatures A-SS rank. Depending on which you defeat you could get large sums of jewels or extra magic, or magical items.


Mini Arc request: I know that we can do this now but how about if a person post a whole mini arc at once and it is approved by 3 mods instead of 2. The arc would have to be at least 3 upper request 2 must be at least B rank+. The arc can reward slowly throughout the request or can be rewarded at the very end. The thing different about these arcs is that they will give you the same amount of jewels as normal, but it will give a certain amount of magic based on its difficulty, and could possibly give you an item that you can keep or sell later on like a trophy in the Fable Games.


Add in-character shops and take out the out of character shops. It shows in the manga and anime that there is magic shops out there in the very first chapter/episode so why not make them in character anyways. Make you have to take the time to actually go get the item instead of just auto getting. We could add multiple shops throughout the game giving each city its own one, magnolia could be pets, while clover is magic, and so on and so forth.


Magical Items: Items will be broken into different tiers, each tier will be assigned different point value. The higher the tier the more points. You will be given X amount of points that you are allowed to have at one time limiting the amount of items you can have. As you rank up you can get more points. The items would be similar to what we have now but adding more variety. We also can add certain armors or items. These things could give a slight resistance to certain magic, boost up a certain type of magic, give an ability (slight speed boost or limited flight) Items can be bought and sold to other shops or other players. The items could be possibly broken as well depending on the situation.


Traveling: I think that we should introduce the world of Fiore to air travel. It will be the quickest of all traveling threads and the safest. You will be required to write few words but have to pay a price depending on how far you were planing on going. We should lower the cost of trains a bit so that it is more used, and maybe add faster trains which cost more jewels but are less words than a normal one. Ships will also be a bit cheaper as well.



New Locations:

The Royal City: The Royal City is the capital of Fiore and where the king of Fiore lives. We could add an IC market here ran by the mods and admins. The shop would work as a bargaining shop, where mages could bring items they have collected throughout their times. If the shop buy the item it will be added to the shops inventory. The shop will also get different items every month on its own. At least 1 powerful item, could be a rare celestial key, a powerful weapon or armor, or maybe even a rare magic. We could also add a new organization which is the royal guard. A select group of 5 mages assigned to guard the king. The guards will be picked by mods and will be added slowly over time as members prove to be powerful enough, and mature enough to handle the job. These members would be close to the Wizard Saints Level if not matching it.
Royal City

Web Valley: A place that is known to be a large and maze like location. Would offer perfect upper level request location. The area could also hold a the lost city which we could open for random mini events from time to time.

Edolas: Possibly make traveling between the two worlds a common thing now. We must buy the pills to use our magic while in it or we will have to use their weapons or relay on physical strength. We could add their capital city which is under new, kinder rule. Have another IC shop there where players could get Edolas items to use throughout the world. You will have to pay a fee to get to Edolas and will only be allowed over for short periods of time. (Acts like a visa and passport) You have to pay more jewels for longer stays.

Foreign Country: There are two countries that boarder Fiore, we can add them to the site. It takes a bit more word count to get there but they will offer higher paid request even for lower ranked request about a 20% increase. They could also add new items.

I like the ideas but I do think a couple could use touching up. I'm not in the exact position to into details since I gotta get off soon. But the ideas are solid, especially since they allow a lot more interesting things to do and a lot of areas to explore and have full creative licence from the lack of specificity in the manga XD

All of these are interesting ideas. The only one I have a problem with is the magical items one as having magical weapons/armors are really the only redeeming factors of being a requip mage. Plus it'd be tough to balance with other magics.

If we're adding foreign nations, I would like to throw Yuan in there as a possibility. It would be a location exclusive to this site since I created it for Baojia's history. Could make for nice plots with the war and political tensions going on as well.
