Effect: This spell is used only to blind Kiba's opponent so that he may escape an attack or get ready for a surprise attack. He points his finger towards the desired target and put comes a small bolt of lightning that expands its kinetic energy into a large flash that if looked at directly can cause someone to go blind for a small period of time. This does not cause any damage nor can it defend Kiba from incoming attacks. Also dark magic could negate the light given off by the flash

Element: Lightning
Effect: Kiba points his fingers at his target and speaks lightning barrage to release five small streams lightning that act like bullets. The skill acts similar to a shotgun. However even at a distance of 7 feet the target can still be hit with a couple of the streams of lightning. This attack can stun the body of his opponent and can burn the areas the lightning touches. If there is a lightning rod, the shots can lose their intended course. Ground magic can easily block this type of magic. Metal shields will not protect well against the lightning because it is a conductor.

Effect: Kiba creates a lightning current that covers his body. It has visual of sparks jumping around his body. If anyone makes physical contact with him then his opponent gets stunned and minor burns on where they touched Kiba. If the opponent keeps their distance then they will not be harmed. Also if their body is covered in metal then his opponent will be hurt even more due to the current to easily flow through the metal in the armor. Ground magic would stop the current from the spell and if the opponent used rubber in between the contact between their skin then the spell would have no effect

Effect: Kiba opens his mouth and yells lightning howl. A large stream of lightning comes out of his mouth and could cause burns and stun the body of the target. The stream can change pathes by use of a lightning rod. Metal armor will not be able to protect the target but could increase the damage by spreading out the shot of lightning. Armor made with earth magic would easily stop the stream. This attack could leave Kiba vulnerable to an attack so he would use it in safe situations.
