Primary Magic: Cloud Dragon Slayer Magic

Description: A lost magic that was created with the purpose of slaying dragons. The key to the magic is that it utilizes the very same magic used by the dragons it targets. These days, dragon slayer magic is not used for slaying dragons. At least not often, anyway. Since the dragons of the world began to disappear either from falling to dragon slayers or by simply leaving for a different plane, the usage of dragon slayer magic has lessened considerably. These days, dragon slayers usually learn their magic from one of the few dragons left in Earth Land and are taught to use it for purposes other than the one it was invented for.
Baojia learned his magic from the Cloud Dragon Yunlong from an early age. Cloud dragon slayer magic is similar to water dragon slayer magic in that the element it controls is a form of water. However, instead of controlling and producing large quantities of water, Baojia weaves clouds, mist, and fog. Also, while it is a water magic, it is practiced as if it were a sky magic even though wind is not a factor. Thanks to the martial origins of Yuan, he does this while also in close combat with his Ba Gua fighting style.
One other thing cloud dragon slayer magic can do is heal and provide magical enhancements to the user and others.
Strengths: Being water magic that mostly behaves like sky magic, cloud magic is very unpredictable mainly because a lot of people can't quite pinpoint what exactly it is. It is also extremely versatile in that it can be used offensively, but it can also heal and buff. Since mist and fog are just grounded clouds, it is great for obstructing the opponent's visibility. Since all it is is thousands of tiny floating droplets of water, the offensive potential is great if it is all gathered in one place and even deadly at greater masteries. After all, water can cut through even metal at high enough pressures. Imagine being surrounded by thousands of miniscule drops of water that can turn into deadly blades at any moment and not even knowing it.
Weaknesses: The things that make cloud magic strong are also its greatest weaknesses. It is, by no means, a solid element. It is the "sand" for water. Where sand has far less defensive qualities than rock, cloud is just as bad compared to water which doesn't have much physical defense in the first place. Also, controlling large amounts of mist is difficult and not to be attempted until later masteries of the magic. Finally, since it is water, it conducts electricity very well. An entire cloud can be electrocuted, along with everyone inside, by a decent enough lightning mage and even amplify the electricity circulating through the mist.

Effect: Baojia creates a cooling mist that wafts around in a seven foot radius. Anyone inside the mist is cooled off and refreshed.

Range: A body of water up to a foot away.
Element: Cloud
Effect: Baojia pulls only the water from a body of unclean or unpurified water, raising it from the surface as a cloud. He then moves the cloud to a container and deposits it, where it condenses naturally into pure water. The cloud created isn't very big so he can only make about half a cup of pure water with the spell. It is best used multiple times to fill a cantine.

Name: Cloud Dragon's Obscuring Cloud

Range: A twelve foot radius around Baojia.
Element: Cloud
Effect: Baojia drops into a horse stance and the magic circle appears below his feet. He forms a small cloud between his palms and then swipes his arms and hands to spread as wide as they can, arms straight and palms facing to the sides of him. As his arms move, the cloud expands quickly until it reaches a circular cloud twelve feet in radius and ten feet in height. While inside the cloud, anyone with normal human 20/20 vision will have trouble seeing much of anything farther than two feet in front of them. However, Baojia, being able to feel every little water droplet in the cloud, can "sense" where everyone else is. Portions of the cloud can be blown away with a D-Rank wind magic and all of it can be blown away at once with a C-Rank wind magic. However, the mist does not disappear, merely blown away. Baojia can move the bit of the cloud or the whole cloud that was blown away back into position one post later.

Name: Cloud Dragon's Minor Blessing of Swiftness

Range: Any target up to five feet away from Baojia.
Element: Cloud
Effect: Baojia thrusts a palm at the target, a magic circle appearing in front of it. Pale green mist travels from the circle and surrounds the target. As long as the mist lingers, the target's speed is increased by 50%. Baojia is also able to use this on himself. The mist can be blown away by a D-Rank wind magic and the target will lose the buff, but it will quickly return after one post. The mist still exists so the duration continues even when the mist isn't surrounding a target. The composition of the mist makes it repel and be repeled by mist of a different color. As such, it cannot be cast on a target already affected by a blessing of a different type without completely dispersing the mist already surrounding the target.

Name: Minor Roar of the Cloud Dragon

Range: A cone three and a half feet in maximum radius that travels fifteen feet forward.
Element: Cloud
Effect: Baojia assumes cat stance and inhales deeply while bring a palm to his mouth so that the knife edge of his hand faces forward, his other hand coiled at his side "holding the dragon's globe". A magic circle appears in front of the hand at his mouth and, as he lets out a roar, a spiraling cone of mist explodes forth. The cone has the ability to blow anything 150 pounds or lighter off the ground. Anything 250 pounds or lighter will have trouble moving at all and be either blown back or knocked on their backside. Anything 350 pounds or lighter will be able to move, but will be considerably slowed as long as they move against the direction the mist is traveling. The mist moves oxygen along with it so if the water wasn't enough to snuff out any flames in the cone, the abundance of oxygen will.
