Who's that Character?

Ok so this is how you play the game. You have to name an anime and briefly describe a character from it. Then everyone else has to guess that character.

Example:

Anime: Fairy Tail
Appearance: Long red hair, female, wears armor and a blue skirt.

Then people would guess who it is then you say the correct answer. Correct Answer: Erza Scarlet. Now here is the first one this isn't an example anymore, this is the real deal.v It's an easy one to get you all started off. Remember do not describe the character completely or it is too easy.

Anime: Naruto Shippuden
Appearance: Spikey black/bluish hair, purple belt, sword horizontally on his back.
