Effect:
A magic circle shall appear in front of Akuiran, and she would gather her magic power on her hands. She would release her water power against the enemy and it will take the shape of two twin dragons made out of water. The water dragon would reach its target at 25 m/s destroying anything on his way, Akuiran is able to control the direction of both dragons. The Water dragons can reach a target 100 meters away from Akuiran. The strong water's impact against the opponent could cause bone breaking damage, as well as reaping the target's limbs apart. The Dragons may remain in the battlefield for a longer period of time. If this attack is launched from a water source, its power would be enhanced depending on how big the water source be.
