Elemental Alignment: lightning
Effect: Gives off a slight electrical shock, more for stunning on impact
Range: 4.5 feet
Appearance: Oathkeeper has a star shaped keychain and a chain going down from the bottom of the hilt. The guard looks like a pair of wings with the hilt being just a plain pole. The actual blade is two poles that wrap around each other into forming a heart. One side of the heart at the end is blue and the other side is yellow. The key part actually looks like a star, the center being blue, the yellow on the outside.

Umm Ard according to https://ftrp.forumotion.com/t210-requip-rules this it should only be around 15~20k total for both.
