Now, I just got this item that Watts will love, and I'd like to deliver it to him pronto... but the way to his place is kind of beset by hoodlums. They're not really after anyone; they just exert 'toll' from anyone that passes by that street. Your job is to get this delivered to Watts. Do what you like with the thugs, but it's best to avoid them. I'm not looking for a street clan war or something.
