Description:
The cloud magic is a unusual one.
It's biggest surprise comes along with Kamis low resistance towards gravity. Somehow he doesn't get pulled towards the ground like other persons, for him the whole world is like the moon, allowing him great arial movements, but make him very weak against any kind of 'push' or 'throw' attack which will make him fly like three times as far and fast as another person.
Clouds are the main components deciding 'weather' and therefore Kami can bend it in the most unique matters. But clouds as well are said to be fluffy, and the home of angels, Kami can create these non-real form of theirs as well and use them to his will. Their said 'bouncyness' is another feature he uses, as well as the said fact for them to be the fluffiest pillows ever. Certainly clouds really have the ability to make people sleepy, which is due to the amount of air inside a cloud which makes it hard to breath and tire out people much faster.
Strengths:
Cloud magic is very supportive as well as having great defensive features. Attacks can cover a large radius and the magic itself is very unique. Also the ability to partial move freely, or at least slowed down, through the air, which Kami posses is a great gift although it is not very battle oriented, but if properly used can make him the emperor of the air.
Weaknesses:
Cloud magic is barely battle oriented and only tends to cause real harm at higher ranks and even then it is mostly of non-physical nature, there are only a few amount of damage dealing spells and most are working with the same concept.
Phisical attacks or attacks which send him flying are extremely effective against Kami, since, if they hit, they will throw him at least three times as far and fast away as a usual person would.

Kami starts singing a song which takes up to his next post to perform, when he finishes it, he can change the position and height of the clouds in the sky, affecting the weather of the region he is in. Like this he can make it rain, snow, sunny or even more. He can make a storm take place or only some nice breezes come up, but the weather will regulate itself and is not controlled by him in any way.
Changes of the weather mean changes in temperature as well:
Sunny weather: Temperature increases by 5°C
Rainy Weather: Temperature decreases by 2°C
Snowy Weather: Temperature decreases by 10°C
Haily weather : Temperature decreases by 5°C

Magic cirlce appears below him as he sings his song and fades when he finishes it.

Kami emits a swallow milky white and very thin Cirrus cloud from his feet, he and he alone (due to his weight) can step on this cloud and use them either as path or as stepping stone, allthrough he can never remain on such a cloud for more than 2 seconds since it disappears shortly after creation. Like this he can create one clouds he may step on in the air.

Kami creates storm clouds (look fluffy, black and with a small tail going past the elbow) around both of his hands, which are charged with electricity. Now he can either shot lightning (10m long and arm thick, moves like lightning and has the same properties) from one of the clouds, or he can pass the electricity into a person by making the cloud touch him. Getting struck by these attacks will cause burns and leave at red, hand big, burn marks on the hit spots. Hit enemies might feel after-effects from the electricity running through their body like numbness or light confusion.

Kami uses the spell and exhales a dark, milky cloud from it. The cloud quickly covers a five meter radius (so 10 m. in total) around him and hides everything inside from the enemies eyes. Neither inside or outside can you see what is happening inside the cloud and objects as well as persons are only blurry dark figures inside. After a while the cloud vanishes, getting carried up by the hot air.

Kami channels magic in his throat and breaths out fluffy cloud. The clouds' look are custom, but it can maximal reach a height of 2 m while having a wideness of 0.5 m or the other way around. The cloud itself is different from a normal cloud, has a real substance and is touchable, it is either super fluffy or very bouncy, which together with it's weightlessness makes it into a really weird but usefull tool.

Appears inside the users mouth, while he breathes out the cloud.
