Personality:

Neil is a very energetic person. He usualy acts a bit childish, even though he can also be quite serious. Giving nicknames to people is one of his favorite hobbies. He also tends to black-out in serious situations, such as accidents and other. Despite the fact that he doesn't take it seriously, he loves fighting. Be it a friendly match, or a fight to the death, he enjoys it. He doesn't seem to have any problem with killing someone, and definitely isn't affected by blood, both of which make his childish personality seem like an act.

Neil has rather delicate and small features for a boy. His body isn't very muscular, and his legs and arms are quite long. He usually wears nuetural colors, suck as brown or grey. Due to his fear of getting burnt by his fire magic, he wears fire-proof gloves all the time. He also catches his hair bangs with a clip, so that they won't get in his way when he's fighting or cooking.

Description:

Much like any Caster magic, Neil can create fire out of thin air, using a certain hand movement. His usual move is the Fire Daggers. He creates two daggers solely made of fire, and uses them both for defensive and offensive manners. Even though fire magic doesn't affect the user, Neil isn't aware of that yet, and thus take protection by wearing fire-proof gloves.
