Plot Ideas

I haven't even begun to write the story out for the plot, but let me toss the idea the staffs way before I put the effort forth. Essentially the story/plot is about the second coming of dragons. A mage or some menacing figure has discovered the horn of dragons(item I thought up). Once blown, it summons all the dragons from their slumber, binding them to the users will. This will give the dragon slayers a good arc, for this character with the dragons will most likely want to take over the world. With that, the dragon slayers will be forced to fight against their dragons. Pretty good storyline, I think. We could incorporate the guilds into this as well. Some guilds would naturally fight against this evil power, others would join it. Could be a interesting storyline if we convey it correctly.

Please give me your thoughts back on this.

To Cancel the games:
There is a teroroist attack that destroys half the Arena and confuses the officials since sercurity was so tight. The games are postponed for a later date. The attackers leave behind a note explaining that they are a powerful dark guild that has been lying in wait for the perfect time to attack. They call out to all guildless and dark guild members to join their cause in taking over Fiore.


Town Attacking:

There will be some time after the attacks before they attack key towns. Several NPCs will be created for those in that town to fight. If a town currently is unprotected by a player than that town can be taken over for the organization. Once a town is taken over a request that will be B+ will be made that requires multiple mages to go into a town and clear them out. If a player(s) are in a town they can choose to help defend the town and possibly stop it from being taken over in the first place.

Dark guild members and guildless can have the opportunity to join the organization while staying guildless or in their respected guilds. If they do then they will receive request to help take over a town, which will cause them to fight the person that is protecting it. Once a town is taken over they can leave but stay if they want to keep it under their control. These request for them shall also be B ranked. NPCs will be made for towns guards that they would have to fight along side any other player that was there.


Once a town has been liberated though they will not attack it again. The last town to be attacked shall be Era. Once all the towns are captured or taken over the attack on Era will begin. All those guildless and darkguilds that join them will be at this final assult as will those who wish to fight them off. The organization has a few strong NPCs running it so the players will have to deal with each other along with taking care of the enemy NPCS.

If Era is taken over and so are all the other towns than the good side looses =(

If Era is rescued and all the other towns are as well the good side wins =)

Dragon Tamer: His name is Rourke and he has a flute that can control dragons and bend them to his will. He is very calm and quiet but extremely intelligent and strategic. He plans to take over the world and rule it with the dragons.
