Lets make some new rules

It was a long journey for Suigets, but his perseverance paid off as he reached for the door or Tartaros. He opened the door wide and slammed in shut creating a loud and pounding thud behind him. Suigetsu stepped inside the tartaros guild quickly and loudly. He stomped on the ground lound sticking his tongue creating a lot of attention on himself. His guild tatoo hung on his tongue and gleamed in the eyes of the tartaros guild members.

He looked at them in the eyes. Suigetsu wiped the blood stain on the front of his shirt and exclaimed "I'm here to make both of our lives easier. The life of the official guilds are over. It is our time to rise, this is why I chose to come empty handed with the mentality to keep our peace!". His eyes shifted to see the reaction of the mages around him. He became amused by their faces.

He looked at them with a flashing jagged smile. "HEHEHEHHEHE then maybe we can rip the limbs off of other mages that disobey the rules of grim. They will feel the power AHAHAHA the pain and the sorrow of breaking the rules." Suigetsu stuck out his tongue again with great pride. He covered his mouth with his hands to mantain his laughter from the ideas of pain and destruction of other mages. His mouth started to water and thrived for the feeling of battle again.

Krieg looked up from his egg on the table he was sitting at when he heard the obnoxious thud of the Guild's front Entrance. It was a rare sound, the guild had been silent the last few weeks, since the Tenrou Island incident. They had even stopped doing job requests, attempting to bring no attention to themselves, instead training on their grounds in solitude. The outside world had little reason to come here, many openly avoided their guild.

Krieg had not expected a member of another dark guild to show up. It had always been an unsaid rule that dark guilds had not gotten along. Those that served others did not do so before the first meeting.. He wondered of the intentions of Raven Tail. You did not live by trusting those you did not know, after all. The Baram Alliance may have been dissolved, due to Oracion Seis and Grimoire Heart's defeat, but Tartaros remained strong. They after all had yet to be attacked.

Krief listened to the young man bearing Raven Tail's crest. Without standing, Krieg spoke "You chose a poor time to come Raven Tail. Master Vasvayard is currently out, investigating a private matter. Master said he would be back whe-.."
Krieg trailed off as the door opened behind the young man, as Master Vasvayard entered his Guild Headquarters. "Welcome back, Master." Krieg knew better than to ask how it went, as it never led anywhere good. If it had went well, the Master was secretive about what he found, rarely telling the lowly members of the guild anything, and if it went poorly, he would have lashed out at anyone bringing up the topic. It was best to forget the Master had ever left.
"That is a member of Raven Tail, Master." Krieg said promptly. The Master looked as if he had not noticed him as he entered. Krieg said no more, not needing to be said. With the Master here, there was no need to tell him whether or not the man had come in peace, he was no danger to the guild now. Krieg waited and watched what would happen between the two, still in his seat.

Suigetsu felt the strong mage approaching. He could feel the strength and power that he had in the air. Suigetsu had a shiver down his spine. He twirked his neck at the man. Glaring at him to view his power as the master of Tartaros. He avoided making eye contact and then twirked his neck back around at the mage with the egg. Suigetsu got the feeling that he was not welcome in the guild, when he had no other motives than to gain a group of mages to get stronger with.

"I'm here through friendly negotiation hehehhehehe i have a new set of rules to follow. No killing for me. No being mean. I can only be friendly. A suggestion if you will, a suggestion to ally ourselves for a small period to get both guilds working on jobs together and we split the money." Suigetsu stood back on his heels a reached up to the ceiling. He cracked his neck quickly and sat down on the floor. Looking at the guild, he could feel a mix reactions with his idea.

"So what do you think about that? Will the tartaros guild join me and my guild of raven tail for a new era of magic??!?!!?! HAHAHAHAAHAH We will set the rules of the future hahahahahahh!." Suigetsu started to sweat from all of the excitement that he had about the thought of the new power that could be gained. He stuck out his tongue again and closed his eyes. His excitement was almost sickening.
