Request description: My friend, Watts and myself, we're archaeologists. We usually get lots of stuff from around Fiore like ancient civilization parchments. Now, I just got this item that Watts will love, and I'd like to deliver it to him pronto... but the way to his place is kind of beset by hoodlums. They're not really after anyone; they just exert 'toll' from anyone that passes by that street. Your job is to get this delivered to Watts. Do what you like with the thugs, but it's best to avoid them. I'm not looking for a street clan war or something.
Request details: Get the item (some sort of cross) from Joules. Deliver it to Watts personally. Make sure it gets to him undamaged.
