[b]Request description:[/b] Recently, a number of patients at Magnolia Hospital have been turning up dead, their bodies virtually drained of blood. The attacks seem to happen overnight and no one becomes aware of the attacks until the rounds are done for the next day. The necks and wrists of the victims are usually torn open, sparking rumors that a "vampire" is responsible for the attacks. Doctor Emilia Cruz, the head physician at the hospital, has enlisted the aid of mages to help quell these rumors and hopefully put a stop to the attacks.
[b]Request details:[/b] You will go to the hospital to meet with Doctor Cruz and discuss the terms of the request. You may pick up on a dark presence in the hospital right away, but you won't be able to tell where exactly it's originating from. Doctor Cruz will give you a brief overview of all the attacks that have taken place then show you one of the recent victims. As described in the request description, there are vicious wounds on the wrist and neck of the body. As you inspect the body, you will pick up on the dark presence again, this time it will be stronger but you still will not be able to tell from where it is originating. Doctor Cruz will then tell you that you will be acting as a patient to lure out the attacker, as the victims are usually new admissions to the hospital. On the way to your room, you will get the feeling that you are being watched and the dark presence will pick up again, directly behind you. Should you choose to act on it now, you will inadvertently cause injury to Doctor Cruz, which will lower the amount of the reward you will receive by half. You will still feel the presence, but it will be moving away from you. The mission will proceed to the night phase, where you will begin posing as a patient. If you chose to make note of the presence but not act on it, the presence will fade almost instantly and the mission will proceed to the night phase. At around midnight, you will pick up on the dark presence again directly outside your room. The door will open and a figure will approach you. You can choose to attack now or wait until they are closer and you are sure. If you choose to attack right away, you will suffer a deep wound that will cause you to lose 2 magic every post until the end of the mission. If you wait until the figure is closer, you will suffer only a minor injury and the attacker's identity will be revealed: a dark mage who specializes in a special type of magic called Blood Leech. You will then do battle with the mage. Should you succeed in defeating her, you will proceed to the end phase and collect your reward. If you fail at defeating her, you will be fatally injured and have to make a recovery topic, thereby failing the mission.

[*]Blood Raze- The user lashes at their target with tendrils of magic-infused blood. The tendrils are 4 feet long and move at about 15mph. Five tendrils are created.
[*]Blood Siphon- The user attempts to attach a tendril of magic-infused blood to their target and drain the target of blood, thereby healing minor injuries and restoring a small amount of magic to the user.
[*]Blood Boil- Increases the effect of the user's next spell by 10% but also increases the amount of damage received by 15%.
[*]Blood Chaos- The user creates claws of crystallized blood to slash their target. Each slash that connects leaves small lacerations that cause the target to lose 2 magic every post until the wounds are healed.[/list]
